George Michael's boyfriend 'will never forget' heartbreaking moment he found singer dead

 

Iconic singer George Michael's boyfriend Fadi Fawaz has said he will "never forget" the heartbreaking moment he discovered his body.

The Wham! singer passed away on Christmas Day, and his partner appears to have broken his silence on Twitter in an emotional message, revealing he found him dead in bed over the festive period. In a touching post on Monday evening, he tweeted: 

"ITs a xmas i will never forget finding your partner dead peacefully in bed first thing in the morning.. I will never stop missing you xx (sic)"

Celebrity hair stylist Fadi's relationship with the star has always been kept private, save for some rare appearances of both of them out and about together.

It's believed they got close soon after George broke up with Kenny Goss in 2009.

In keeping with their private nature, Fadi's Twitter account didn't feature mentions of George, until Monday following the star's passing.

George passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, christmas day, and there has been an outpouring of emotion following his tragic death over the festive period.
